Popatlal, Jetha, Daya and the kids are out on a picnic but are stranded on a deserted road. They end up spending the night in the spooky palace nearby where the housekeeper is trying to scare everyone to save his loot to get exposed. Tapu and Daya come to know about this and they make the housekeeper taste his own medicine.
